Our band has have been surviving with our online web presence consisting mainly of a MySpace profile. It's great for bands as you can upload loads of information, photos and music, but the problem is, MySpace just isn't really cool anymore.
Our own band website is, quite frankly, embarrassingly bad, so I won't be sharing the link with you! Now we're thinking we really need a web designer to build us something that looks good, so we can show it to promoters and hopefully get booked for more shows.
We've been told to find a decent web designer and a hosting server that the designer can then upload our web design to. Does that make sense to anyone?
We're having a photo shoot next week so we'll have new images to use, but we just need someone to put it all together. Any takers?
